I bought a mustek dvd-300 to play svcd's not only on my comp. I know this ain't no hi quality machinery.
My problem is getting the sound synchronized. When starting a burned movie the sound is ok, but it gets more and more out of synch the longer u play. (after 45 mins playtime it's as much as 5 secs lag!!!)
The movies i've played work great on my comp....
Another thing---I'm a newbie to this.. There are two svcd's i've burned. One was a bin/cue release and when burned it contained some extra folders on the cd:
EXT -> no files
MPEG2 -> the svcd file
SVCD -> ENTRIES.SVD,INFO.SVD,LOT.SVD,PSD.SVD,SEARCH.DAT and TRACKS.SVD.
couldn't I just burn the svcd file directly on the cd? are these files important for playback?
