I have a DVD with 3 Hindi movies on it. Now I want to write only one of these on the CD as I have a CD writer and I have to separate that movie only from the DVD. Please tell me how to do this?

Virtual Dub mod. It can load the VOBs from ripped DVD files (DVD Shrink, etc.). Then just edit out anything that does not look like the movie you want, frameserve it to TMPGEnc, let TMPGEnc make a DVD MPEG file, have IFOEdit make the DVD files, burn those with Nero.

The easiest way for me would be to use DVD to DIVX. Just scroll the bar over to where you want to start capturing, click record, then click stop when you get to the desired end point. You can use many different codec (besides DivX) in this program. (AVI MPEG1 MPEG2 etc).
Works for me and it's easy.
