  1. OK I have been making some images to put music over in VS7. I created the images in Photoshop, and I created them 1024 X 576 (pixels/inch) and the Resolution is 600 pixels/inch and the colours are RGB colouring.

Now when i import them into VS 7 they are all pixelated. Is this because it dosent want to preview at the highest quality so the computer can still operate fast?

And does anyone have any tips on what image files to use, should I save them as a Jpeg EPS Tiff what should I do to get the best quality? lower resolution or higher resolution?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!!!!

  2. What are you trying to make? If you are making a VCD with the Ulead VS7 timeline then they will come out rendered to 352x240 (NTSC). If making DVD they will render to 720x480 (NTSC).

I use JPG and they are fine for DVD but Im not sure about other formats and quality differences.

In Ulead VideoStudio 7.01, click FILE > PREFERENCES > QUALITY & DURATION tab.

What do you have selected in the IMAGE RESAMPLING OPTION drop-down list?
