I have 2 avi files but i want one so i can convert it to mpeg and set in in one file on dvd.... How can i merg 2 avi files?

Virtual Dub can do that. Load your first avi into it then choose
File>append avi segment. Load your second file, then choose
audio>direct stream copy
video>direct stream copy
file>save as avi
Your two avi segments will now be saved as one avi. One caveat; if you get a message from virtual dub that the audio in either file is a VBR audio
(variable bit rate) you will have to save the audio files as wav files. If you don't, your final avi will probably be out of sync. -
You could try "Easy Video Joiner" but be shure to check the result (possible audio sync problem) before deleting the originals!
