    Hi, ! was wondering is there any software available to convert a ripped NTSC disc to PAL before actually burning the disc , or is this just wishful thinking!,

    TMPGENC can encode from NTSC to PAL(so ive been told),altho picture gets a bit jumpy. U cud make NTSC VCD as most DVD players can play NTSC. If your DVD player can play NTSC DVD (try it) and shows ok on tv,then it shud have no prob with NTSC VCD,s. :P
