    Here is the scenario.

I have an .avi file encoded at 15 fps at 352x288. I would like to get it to true pal format at 25 fps so it will be playable on my DVD player.

What is the easiest method of doing so?? I have searched some on the net and not found any good methods.

I have encoded a couple of such AVIs just by selecting the PAL options, i.e. 25fps.

Normally, the 352 x 288 frame should be usable with your DVD authoring program, so you don't even need to resize it.
The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know.
