DVD-Lab problems

I am trying to make a dvd with 2 movies, ripped from 2 dvd's. I also need menus this is why i use DVD-Lab instead of DVD Shrink. I am wondering what the correct way of impoting vob files is. I have tried importing a movie which has been separated in to 2 vob files. I have to import them as Movies 1 and Movie 2. Obviously this is not the correct way of importing a DVD movie that is broken in to multiple vob's.


Does anyone know the correct way of importing vobs with out getting the Aborted error. Maybe i have to set the vob files when decrypting to larger than 1gb so that one whole movie in all in one vob file.

Also is there a way i can export the chapter times from a dvd title and impot them into DVD-lab. Maybe chapterXtractor?

I also want to keep my original menus from the riped dvd titles. Can anyone help me with my problems?

I have noticed that DVD lab will import all of a VOB file set if you
tell it to demux. You don't notice it because only the first VOB
shows, but it's doing it.

what do i loose by demuxing. ie. what does demuxing do?

Read what DVDlab sez about it. It helps if there is anything
weird about the original file. I don't think it makes any difference
unless there is something wrong. There may be an A/V sync risk.

do i loose inbuilt menus when demuxing, like ones that are already riped?

Do i loose chapters?
