- Yeah, when I make a VCD (music video in particular), some come out ok and play ok in a DVD player, but some videos, when they're played on DVD player, only half of the video shows up on the screen!!! The picture is, basically, moved to the left, right or up!! Only a portion of the video could be seen. The format of the video is mpg, so that's not the problem.
The way I make a VCD is the same way if I was making an mp3 cd.
- Can I fix this somehow??? Again, many videos get burned fine and play fine but some just come out strange. The strange ones, play fine on the computer, but once burned, they don't play properly.

How have you encoded (program, settings?), authored and burned the disc.

Sounds like you're using a non standard resolution, to me...
