hey everyone, I rented a dvd last night, and decided i wanted to try backing up a dvd.
I basicly used settings in the Dvd2Svcd - Avi to vcd guide, but chose dvd and svcd instead. Everything ran fine on my 950mhz, 256ram. I took the first part and opened it in tmpgenc to use the header trick, i applyed the trick, and use VCDeasy to burn. I just tested it and near the begining the timing is fine, but i skiped ahead a few chapters that the timing became way off. Anyone know why, anyway to help?
Edited to include - DVD player is the Sony Dvp-NS400d
Edit again, SORRY mods, i did not read the sticky, Please move as soon as possible.
Edit once more, I think it May be a bitrate problem, I tried to watch it using VideoLAN on my pc and it seems to not be off sync at all, can anyone confirm this? If it is a bitrate problem can i just take my mpgs and lower the bitrate?
