AFAIK, tmpgenc can not convert real media files. Some one correct me if I'm wrong. Try using EOVideo or TINRA.

    found the solution by myself!

i've installed RealMedia Alternative and now tmpgenc is able to read rm files!

the only thing is, i sometimes got problems with the sound!

  4. If you're having trouble with the audio why not try using EO-Video to convert the audio from the RM file to WAV and then use TMPGENC to put the original video and the converted WAV together?

What is "Real Media ALternative" and where did you get it from?

I'm currently using EO-Video to convert RM files, but the Video quality isn't as good as TMPGEnc, plus you can't add any filters (cropping, etc) ;o(

    Thanks,

I agree...EO video is the best way to convert rm files. Sefy has a great guide on how to do it and it's farily easy.
