hi, ive got an error on my TMPGEnc Plus which says 'Warning: Nothing To Output BFrame Decoder Lag' has anyone else had this?

Try to frameserve. And if you keep having this message (very rare), then you have to load your source to virtualdub so to fix it.
In case virtualdub can open it direct, you have first to make it avi.... -
You can also get this message when the Xvid codec installed on your system is not compatible with the codec with which the file (movie) was encoded.
Try installing either of these. Uninstall one before installing the other.
