I have two questions.
I copy the VRO to the HDD then rename it to an mpeg file then
Realoneplayer or WMP can play it , but why it's very lag (not lag played
by PowerDVD ) ?
Use Ulead Movie Factory 2 to convert this mpeg to VCD, it tell me " .MPG
is not a VCD MPEG file. Please select a compliant VCD MPEG file".
What's correct method convert VRO to VCD ?

Here's one way to convert VRO to VCD:
1) You already have the VRO file imported in Movie Factory 2 so create DVD files and save to HDD
2) Then use DVDx and open VIDEO_TS.IFO file from files you just saved, and convert to VCD compliant mpeg1 (DVDx guides are on this site.)
Don't have answer to your first question.
