    Hi
    can anyone help me finding similar tool like dvd2svcd. wel not exactly similar but it should also out put files with quality, subtitles permanent or switchable, changing bitrate so it can be changed to 1 disk or 2 disk, and it shuld take less time ofcourse but time depends on speed of the pc after all.
    and the new software EAzy VCD, how is it.

    Very high quality, only way to really speed it up would be to use a different encoder.
    Ejoc's CVD Page:
    DVDDecrypter -> DVD2AVI -> Vobsub -> AVISynth -> TMPGEnc -> VCDEasy

    DVD:
    DVDShrink -> RecordNow DX

    Capture:
    VirualDub -> AVISynth -> QuEnc -> ffmpeggui -> TMPGEnc DVD Author
