That is horrible service. Have you contacted your CC company yet. Most will help you dispute the charges. Considering how Shop4tech has treated you, you shouldn't have a problem with this case.

Usually when ever a vendor refunds money to my card, it shows up the next business day, if not the same day.

@ Village Idiot..did you get a name of anyone you spoke too? That really does suck....hey..if another 100 people come forward with negative experiences like yourself...then the shop4tech negative posts will catch up to the Shitty customer service @ Meritline posts. I'll have to do a count if that ever happens.

Looks like it's been a month since this mess started! Even if you got your credit, still no excuss for them to take a month!

I'll check again during the day on Monday (today), nothing like a credit or deposit ever really shows up until a work day. I really think they are just a bunch of screw ups. They must think that since I'm on the East coast, that I won't break down their door with a fire arm in hand for a $35 scam. Little do they know, that I don't really have anything to hold me back at the moment. So if you hear that their store has turned into a smoking hole in the ground, could be me, could be someone else. They have had the wrong disks back for 2 weeks now, not too many excuses there. Must be they are too busy sending out those Longten junkers to process my return

Funny, was deposited on Friday the 24 and showed up on Moday 27. Funny how they said it had been put in on the 20 though. Sleazy bastards
