    Nope, can't do it.

    Can't really do it on a PC, except with a proprietary file format and viewer.

  5. 8) "easter eggs" you mean ?? they are not really hidden just not accessible by ordinary menu commands
    Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
    The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.

    Easter eggs and code-accessable stuff are do-able on (S)VCD's in PBC mode. Check out Vitualis' VCDImager site, or look through some of my past threads on the topic.

    Won't stop hardcores, but does the trick for the casual/newbie user.

    You could make a menu which might look like this:

    1 Play Movie
    2 Scene Selection
    3 Special Features

    So it has 3 selections there so you make it so you have a selection for what you want to hide say 8 and not put that on your menu so when you play it and you dont know about the hidden selection you will not see that selection available on the menu but if you press the number you made hidden it will play that track maybe you might make it 78 so its not that obvious.

    This should work with vp5 and maybe vcdimager but may not work nero because nero makes that menu and will probably list the track you want to hide.

    Have not tried this but if you do and it does not work try making a Motion Menu.

    I havnt tried it just a thought but for vcdimager there are frontend like tscv or vcdeasy and so on that might help if you cant skip numbers you could just make blank numbers to go back to the menu until you get to you chosen hidden number that you are using for the video

    When you author use Images or rewritables as this idea may not work.

  14. All the following menu structures are possible with VCDImager:

    Example 1
    "1" --> goes to choice A
    "2" --> goes to choice B
    "3" --> goes to choice C

    Example 2
    "5" --> goes to choice A
    "6" --> goes to choice B
    "7" --> goes to choice C

    Exampe 3
    "1" --> goes to choice A
    "2" --> goes to choice B
    "3" --> does nothing
    "4" --> goes to choice C

    As you can see, you can make fairly flexible menu choices... as long as you know how to author. I personally don't use VCDEasy (the best GUI for VCDImager ) very much so I don't know how flexible it is, but if you learn how to author the XML manually, all the above (including non-consecutive numerical choices) can be authored relatively easily.

    For details, I suggest having a look at the guides at http://www.michaeltam.com

    BTW, there is an "advanced" guide on my site on how to make a "combination lock". The principles of that can be used to make (for example), hidden info/Easter eggs.

    Regards.
