    Is it possible to get this program to output one big mpeg2 file so i can cut it myself without sacrificing any quality?

    Yes.

    Several ways. You can edit some INI files to allow CD sizes of 2.4 or 3.2 GB. You can also not delete files. You will have the original M2V and MP2 files. Mux and cut to your hearts delight. I do this for my favorites, so I don't have to change disks in the middle of an action scene. Look in the 'Video' folder in DVD2SVCD folder, all the files are there.
