hi all, I"m very new to this but I'd encoded a xvid file into a mpeg2 and the playback on my computer is ok, just a bit jerky at times. And when I burn it a SVCD with nero, the playback on my DVD player is really jerky.
I'd used DVD2SVCD and TMPGenc as my encoder. Here are the settings.
I first used VirtualDub to save it as an avi first then encode it. I only encoded part of the movie...like 9 minutes of it for testing. Is my bitrate too high?
