Seems I haven't had any luck at all adding chapters when I attempt to author a video with DVD Lab. Its suppose to add one when you press the + button on the movie cursor. I even tried using auto chapters..with no luck. Was wondering if there is another way around this.

Going to need a little more information. Is it an MPEG or VOB and has it been demuxed or used "as is". How was it encoded or ripped, etc.
I'll just tel you from personal experience that if I try and use a VOB without demuxing and try to add chapter points it doesn't work for me. If I demux, then it does. This is just a wild stab and if it solves your issue, then good, otherwise we will need some more info to help you better. -
Well here's what I got: I load up files in DVDLab from DVD Shrink, then of course DVDLab extracts the M1v file to place in the movie window. I also delete the AC3 audio file, cuz its to dam large, and I replace it with an encoded MP2 audio file, and then that goes to the movie window also ready to get muxed. Don't know how I could reload all of this after muxing, but I'll give it a try.
