Hi. I have an SVCD Video on my computer, and would like to know how I check what it's attributes are like bitrate, resolution, etc. Also, what's a good way to lower mpeg artifacts and increase clarity to your SVCD file? Does having a bitrate of 2520 (+ 224 if you want to include the audio), what it's set to by default in TMPGEnc) cause artifacts because on some standalone players it's too high?
