I have a commercial dvd that will not allow me to use the pause button on my dvd player (tough on popcorn breaks). Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to reauthor the dvd?
Thanks,
Jim

Firstly, make a backup of your IFO files - just in case the following step goes wrong.
Open up the IFO file for the main movie (or whatever the program is - e.g. VTS_01_0.IFO) - Use IFOEdit for this.
Go into the VTSPGCITI section - here you can access and modify the prohibited functions - save the IFO files and re-burn onto a dvd-r.
