    Hey guyz, i have an avi file with 24.999 fps (Thats what VirtualDub tells me). How do i convert the file to a vcd format (PAL, NTSC, NTSC Film) using Tmpgenc ?

    PAL. 24.999 fps is almost PAL 25fps.
