problems in installing nero

im trying to install a nero v5.5 but the setup says: windows detected an older version of nero on your computer click remove to remove the older version, after clicking it will say: the wizard was interrupted please run the setup an another time, and then a pop up icon would appear if i want to restart the computer, i already removed the older version of nero in my computer but when i start the setup the result is the same as i described, does anyone know how can i install the newer version of nero?

I think i remember seeing an uninstall program and instructions on the nero website.

looks like your old instance of nero is still there or parts of it
