Hey folks, i would like to know how do i add the subtittles to the SVCD image (.bin files) without having to convert to mpeg2 or divx? If anybody know how to do it, please tell me.

Can not be done. The image file is just that, an image. It's a storage format used to re-create the original source. You really can't edit it or play with it. You need to convert the bin back to the original SVCD file structure, then mux the subtitles into the MPEG2 file, then burn.
You can mux the subs with WinSubMux (CVD or SVCD subtitles).
