  1. Hello, i have a problem, i have a divx film but the Audio is to quiet, does it give a tool, to make it louder?When yes can you tell what i must doch please.thx for help

    Only way I know, as the soundtrack is part of DivX, is to extract the audio track, run it through a util to normalize the volume (boost) then re-encode it back to a DivX, if you specifically want it in that format

    Best program I've used is one called dbPowerAmp, with the PowerTools

    Basically it has a few DSP effects, a very interesting normalize tool that just doesn't boost overall volume, but works out the quiet parts and the loud parts and boosts when needs boosting, but leaves the rest alone, without clipping or blasting your ears

    I use it on all my audio tracks, before burning to DVD, no matter how abismally quiet the audio is (and some have been terrible), this will bring it back upto an acceptable level without distortion or making the quietier parts 'hissy' as other normalize programs tend to do
