Greets
I was using TMPGEnc to encode and SVCD with the 2 pass VBR. I set the maximum bitrate to 2500 and the minimum to 1000 then suddenly I noticed a shadow in my window.
I turned around and was overcome to find myself looking at an incarnation of the risen Lord. He told me that my life was full of sin and that I must give up all that I have and come and follow him.
I felt his Holy Spirit enter my body and I knew at once that at last I was saved.
Now I am reborn, not a physical rebirth, but a spiritual one, in him.

I think you may have set your minimum bitrate too low...
Facetious? Me? No...never. -
Way to low it should be about 1500 to 1700 for a low quality 2pass encode.

Are you sure that it was only His "Holy Spirit" entering you?
Sounds like you got drugged up and fu(ked, good and proper.
P.S. What audio bitrate were you using?
