Greetings:
My apologies if this is posted in the wrong forum or is already covered in a guide somewhere. If it is, just point me in the right direction.
I've got 2 different versions of the same film. I'd like to sync the audio from one version up to the video from the other. Although keeping the menu, additional audio tracks, extras, etc are not important, it would be nice if I could keep them also. What programs or steps would I need to take to do this?
One thing I have done is extracted the audio I wanted into a .wav file (via DVD2AVI) then made an .d2v file for the video .vobs I wanted, then encoded some clips in mpeg1 format within Tmpgenc to see how the audio & video syncs up. It syncs up perfectly, so there's no need to edit the actual audio track itself.
