If you use 100% is just encodes in CBR at whatever your max bitrate is set to. It completely defeats the purpose of the encode mode and of VBR encoding in general.

I tried it at 95% and by 50% completion it was allrdy the size of my file converted at 65% and I couldnt really tell any difference when viewing the 2.
Still wondering if anyone can help me with dual audio and subs?
