I tried to extract Audio from a file that I downloaded with VirtualDub, but it said that:
ACM FAILED TO DETECT AUDIO DECOMPRESSION FORMAT
How do I know what Audio format is the file using?? and how do I solve this problem

Thanks, It turned out to be AC3 sound. Wasn't able to use GOLDWAVE but managed to extract the audio using a combination of VirtualDub and Headac3
