IFO Edit...... MPEG2DEC: Error during Decoder Initialisation

When i open a VIDEO_TS in ifo edit i always go to the bottem off the page to delete the warnings out of my back ups....

But when i double click on them this messeage pop ups.....
MPEG2DEC: Error during Decoder Initialisation
some times this pops up as well when im using TMPGenc Author

Can any one tell me what i need to do to fix this problem

Ive Been on the phone to pc world they tried to help but failed they gave me a number for this kind of crap & they didn't have a clue....

Does any one know of any pc sites where i can go to and explain my problem????

I think MPEG2DEC has problems decoding video if its below a certain number of frames. Most of the times I get the same error when trying to view shorter things like warnings in IFOedit. When this happens I just load that vob in dvd2avi and scroll through it to see what each vob-id is, then I go back to Ifoedit to remove those vob-ids. While in Dvd2avi, as you scroll it lists the vob-id you are in at the top.
