Hi ,
Should I de interlace the frame when capturing full-frame video, i.e. both fields. (480 lines for NTSC, 576 for PAL)????
My final output is making VCD.
Any Ideas about this?

When you encode using a VCD template with TMPGEnc, it will automatically be de-interlaced. as VCD does not support interlaced video.
