I have a Dazzle Digital Video Creator, and I e-mailed them about this problem, they tried to give me a few solutions but none of them worked.

I'll just copy and paste the question I e-mailed them with and their response. Hopefully some of you will be about to help me out here. Many thanks in advance.

MY E-MAIL:
I've used this product on Windows 98SE and it worked just fine, but now I am running Windows XP Professional and when I go to capture video, when I press record, MovieStar freezes up and then I get an error telling me moviestar.exe has caused and error and will be shut down. It asks me if I want to send the error to Microsoft, and when I click 'send' or 'don't send' or if I use ctrl+alt+del and shut down MovieStar that way, my computer automatically restarts. It then goes through a disk check and when my PC boots up again, it tells me my system has recovered from a serious error.

This happens every time I try to record video, or even audio by itself. Taking screenshots works just fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
END OF MY E-MAIL.
