I have PV-231 capture card. this is the best quality real-time VCD capture card.
just need to know if any software ( Capture application) supports to PV-231 capture card chipset (Winbond W99200F) ?

Hi, mahinda!
Only it's supported by it's own software. It's supposed to come with your card. There is another similar card named Grandtech VCD2000 that comes with a different looking software that works with the PV231.
By the way, if you haven't been to Skittelsen's site, you might want to go and take a look. He also has some registry tweaks for downloading that work great with the PV-231. Your captures will look better using those tweaks. This is the URL:
