RecordNow MAx Question

I just got a burner and I heard that RecordNow Max was a great program. I was at a site on how to use it and was wondering if it was the best way to burn a dvd. The site was http://users.pandora.be/rudy.stremersch/recnow.html and I was wondering if someone can read it over and tell me if its the correct way to use the program to burn a dvd.

There's a certain level of competence necessary to operate a computer and download/install a program like RecordNow.

If you possessed that much competence, you could use RecordNow.

But I'll run you through it, just for kicks.

1. Click "Data Disc".
2. Right-click in the cd content area, pick "add files/folders". Browse to the folders and select them, then hit "ok".
3. Hit the big red circle (record).

That's it.

Pretty blindingly simple.

I'm confused - he can't open up RecordNow and run the damn wizard, or right-click and pick "add files", or in any other way work the simplest ******* full-featured program on the market... but I'M THE IDIOT!?!?!?

my main issue regarding today ain't nero at all, its the shite attitudes of some of the members on this board towards others for one reason or another and the consistent bashing of other people's posts

I agree maybe the question is stupid to us but look at it from a complete newbies side and ask is it really stupid to ask if one of so many guides out there is OK to use?

even my guides have mistakes as have been pointed out so what's the harm in asking about whether a guide is OK to use?. My guides also vary from other methods but give the same results

@FOO, take a look at that site and you may realise it's probably over a year since it was updated so who's to know if anything has changed in the guide especially if you are a complete novice to RNM?

I don't want to start linking to threads but it doesn't take a smartass to realise who is who on this board and what type of general attitude they have when it comes to things of disagreement
