    I had ulead movie maker 2 to make a iso with 2 avi the Iso is larger than 4.5 gig now . When trying to burn now Roxie dvd creator give a error message that the image is too large.

    Lowering the bitrate when you encode is the best way to go. A 2nd choice thou is to run DVD Shirnk or some other transcoder on it to drop the final size down to < 4.3GB. HOWEVER, better quaility if you re-encode at a lower bitrate.
