svcd help (i'm a n00b!)

okay, this is me bein lazy, but here goes

u know screener movies, which r ususally 780mg etc and r in bin/cue format, which fits on 3 cdr's(3/780mg, say the matrix reloaded)
Now how many cds would a 2 700mg dvd rip fit on once converted to svcd, 4 cds just seems to much, especially when u download say a 700mg moive file whichg only lasts 50 minbutes and u can only fit half of that on 1 cd!
