    I have a mpeg file that is 744mb and I want to put to a vcd to fit a 650mb cd is there a way to compress this file to fit on a 650mb cd. Thanx all.

  2. It will 100% fit onto a 700MB CD-R, you are really close to having it fit on a 650MB CD-R. They hold about 750MB. Oh and is it 744,000KB or is it actually 744MB? If its 744,000KB it should fit on a 650MB CD-R no prob.

    after checking the file I have to put on a cd it is a avi/divx I need to convert it to mpeg and then burn to vcd. How to convert divx/avi to mpeg. Thanx
