I tryed full processing mode in VirtDub and save in as avi but i get same thing. What i need to do to make all that good ? Btw this is what i get in VirtDub when i open avi

  3. done that too, btw wav file is shorter than avi file in time, i thought first that was the problem and make it even by add few ms into wav but still same.

are you sure the avi is ntsc and not pal ? if you are encoding in tmpegenc w/ ntsc settings and your source is pal .. your audio is not going to match up ...

in virtualdub , check frame rate of source and if pal , change it to 23.976/24 (if film) ....

then frame serve to tmpgenc ..

personally I load the audio wav file into vegas along with the encoded mpeg file and (preserve pitch / change lenth) stretch the audio till its bang on .. works perfect everytime

  5. since you already have TMPGENC, you might want to download DVD2SVCD (it also does avi) and use it to convert to SVCD for you. Havent had a sync issue yet. Also, a number of guides out there to explain how to use it (although the interface is VERY easy to understand).

  6. DVD2SVCD is converting the file and i was looking in working map and saw this in Madplay_log.txt "error: frame 0: lost synchronization"
What does that mean and how can i "fix" that ?

  7. I fixed. It was just avi file with doggy sound in it. I extracted sound and video from avi. Then i loaded both in Vegas (super good program btw) and was playing there for about 20 min before i got video and sound sync. Turn out that sound track was shorter than video but i knew that already, but i did not know that it had to be put in the middle of video. Thanks to all who helped.
