Malibu's Most wanted flip w/ extras on side B?

My first dilemna I've experienced:

MMW is a 'flipper' with the main movie on side A and about 1 gig of extras on side B.

Being the movie nut I am, and without having to make a seperate DVDR for the additional extras not on side A, I would be more open than a drunken prom date on ideas on how to copy those side B extras to the same side with the movie, knowing in doing so I would have video quality reduction.
