i have just got a firewire pci card but with no drivers disk, and when i installed it i get this message "this device cannot start (code 10) im useing windows xp pro, i hope sum one can help me wqith this as i realy need to be able to hook up my camcorder to my pc through thos firewire card

I'd go uninstall the device in device manager and reboot

Do you need sp 1 installed for the firewire card ?

Not familiar with XP pro.
