need help installing DVD player v4.1.0.0 for ATI AIW Radeon

I need some help installing the DVD player version 4.1.0.0 which I downloaded from the ATI site. When I tried to install it, it asked me for the 180 part number on my original installation CD. When I enter the number in, the program keep saying that the number I enter is an invalid number. According to ATI's website, it is supposed to be a 11 digits numbers. But the number on CD have 12 digits plus two dashes (-) !!! The number on my installation CD goes something like this 180-vxxxxx-xxx where x is a numerical digit. I tried to enter the number as is, then with (and without) the dashes, and with (and without the v) but they all result in an invalid number response from the installation program. I email ATI the problem a week ago, so far no answer from them. What the heck do I do now??

Hey Chris,

Instead of using 180 in the beginning, try 181. Include all the dashes. Maske sure the CD is in the drive.
