i am having a few problems encoing a Xvid
i am using dvd2svcd and about half way through i get an error that says the video streams have changed and then it cancels
what can i do about this can anybody help plz because i am wasted a lot of time on this

i have this avi i have not touched it i have done nothing apart from tried to encoded thanx for the quick reply

Each and every AVI that you haven't done yourself may or may not have problems and errors that you can only guess at. If you want to spend hours on end fighting a stubborn file (and in my experience 9 out of 10 downloaded AVIs have some problems/errors) - fine.
First, try VirtualDub MP3 Freeze and remove bad frames. Save out a new cleaned copy of the AVI and use this for the rest of your process.
