Is there any way in Final Cut pro to modify the speed of video using a percentage that includes decimal places rather than the nearest whole decimal place?...
...or is there a different program that can do that? - I don't want to have to pay for a FCP upgrade unless I really have to.
I have OS10.2.6 & 9.2.2
