When I encode a SeVCD from say a avi file, when there is noise on the movie for example, White lines will come on the screen and sound static like. I capture they movie "Replicant" with virtualdub and made it into a divx movie (low motion, crisp 100,kbps 1450). Now after I encoded it, it looks damn good on my PC. I cut the file in half and burned the first half. I play it and like just the normal sounds like a telephone or an elevator going up or like running makes horizontal white lines appear and gives a static sound. How do I fix this thank you
