i authored a wedding dvd from vhs footage that i captured. i unfortunately forgot to add background music to the main menu. i have since deleted the original mpeg2 files. can i rip the dvd to .vob's and add music to the main menu .vob ? if so, how hard would it be and what program(s) should i use ? thank you in advance.

I would use DVDDecrypter (IFO Mode) and select Stream Processing(demux).Then import to video editing program(TMPGEnc DVD Author,DVDLab,etc) and reauthor.
