error with kvcd "Unable to Open file"

I am getting the following error whenever I use the kvcd preset:

spaces in the name of the file?

Try to use a shorter pathname (ie less nested folders and shorter filenames).

Thanks for the advice. I have shortened the name to only 2 letters and put the test folder as high as possible. I still get this error:
**ERROR: [mplex] Unable to open file /Volumes/MovieProjects/MusicVideoTest/EA.m2v for reading.

And, I do notice that there is not EA.m2v file created anyway.

Hmmmm....

that was the problem works just fine now ...

Well, after installing 8c, I'm no longer getting the same error, but now a new one:
