    Hi,

    If i have my DVD video stored as VOB/IFO files on my system.. can i make a VCD out of those using some software? Anyone ever done this before?

    Yes, for more details look to the left under DVD Rip and scroll down to the backing up DVD to VCD section. Several guides/options to choice from.
