all I need is a capturing program with a timer. everything i've tried sucks.
I've got the encoding, authoring and burning down.
I know. it's a dumb question!!
I've looked and looked. I love dvio and think it does a tremendous job, but I like to setup to capture and then go to bed. Unless I use another program to shut it down?
thanks for any suggestions.

dv is not capture but a transfer .. both vegas and mainconcept capture allow you to capture for a set amount of time (not start at certain time though)
