White Hots are 100% pork. There's a similar suasage called 'bockwurst', but it doesn't taste exactly the same. Check out www.zweigles.com and you can see them (mostly northeast US food). Texas Hots are also called Red Hots, which are basically pure beef hot dogs.

That's a toughy. I get paid monthly.

Weekly, you get money more often so you can buy groceries and things when you need them. Bi-weekly gives you a big check closer to your rent, mtg., car pymt., bill, etc. date so you can make payments without being late or floating bad checks.
