Can someone help me on this one?

I've been getting I-insertion errors when trying to import chapters from chapterXtractor to maestro.

steps
vobedit to demux movie and sound
import to maestro

Now when I try to import chapters into maestro I get an I-frame insertion error and no chapters are imported. I've used chapterXtractor with cce with no problem. I'm thinking I don't have something set right when demuxing. In ChapterXtractor I've used the maestro settings both on the format and upon saving so I know it's not how I'm using chapterXtractor.
