  1. I have a multimedia software suite on a certain computer. It was made to run only on certain classes of computers, and it includes TV viewing, DVD viewing, and other multimedia options. However, I am told that the company who made it did not include support for VCD discs.

Is there a way to write VCD's to make them play in this software? I am primarily writing discs with TV episodes, max 48 minutes, after taking out the commercials.

The software is called DestiVu, distributed by Gateway, and included only on their discontinued line of Destination Digital Media Computers, which they stopped making in 2001 in favour of the new Microsoft Media Centre computers.

I can email a copy of the software for examination if needed.

  2. Burn your vcd as per the guides and watch them on any computer using bsplayer or powerdvd or freeplay . Your multimedia software sounds like complete crap .find out the underlying hardware and download the necessary. You can play vcd in dvd players too
